Which capacitor we use for refrigerator compressor to start easily?

Today we will talk about the refrigerator compressor and use of starting capacitor on compressor  . In Pakistan and India coming voltage are very low, most places in Pakistan voltage are 100 to 150 volts. We are using the steplizer to up the voltage 220 volts.
Most refrigerator compressor are not starting on low voltage, as i asked that we are using the steplizer to up the voltage 220 volts but some time the steplizer make only 190 to 200 volts.
In the case of 190 to 200 volts most refrigerator compressor do not start.
This the big problem that the refrigerator compressor are not starting but if you will  use the 80-110 mfd motor starting capacitor for refrigerator compressor. Then the compressor start easily.
We will connect the 80-100 mfd (motor starting capacitor ) in series with the start winding.
We will connect 80-100 mfd ( motor starting capacitor ) first terminal to the run winding and the second terminal to start winding.
You can also  use the capacitor if your refrigerator compressor are weak in starting.
After you will  use the capacitor, refrigerator compressor will start easily.
