How to control lamp (bulbs) in series?

How to control lamps (bulbs) in series. OR How to wire lamp (bulbs) in series.
Requirements :
5 pieces of electric cables
4 lamps (bulbs)
AC supply 220 volts 50 HZ

In this electric circuit current (Amp) are seem and voltage are different.
For controlling lamps in series, connect all these things as show figure below.
